We have been with Optus a number of years now (Since 2009) and we have been looked after by many personnel of Optus.
It has been the past few years where UCP has taken our communication needs of mobile phones, internet modem solutions, iPad devices and in the near future to update our current telephone system to a new level of service. We have placed all our needs with UCP especially the mobile phone and now the landlines and they have managed to consolidate the two and minimise our overall phone costs and maximise our benefits.
Our experience with UCP was very smooth. They understood what we wanted and delivered it to us. We were offered Fuji Xerox Printers products to meet our printing needs. The printer offered to us is a very reliable machine that has sped up the printing time in office.
We are also now able to print on A3 paper which we were not able to earlier. With letter print, we now have better looking mail when its sent out to our customers.
UCP is a good company to deal with and provides competitive pricing; we would recommend them to others.
The manager at UCP recommended products for corporate mobiles and data and to-date we have had no issues whatsoever. The pricing package is perfect to suit our budget for telecommunications. Unlimited calling is a great feature!
The manager we dealt with was very quick, responsive and recommends the right product. Hence, we have given UCP our sister concern account (Phoenix Commodities) based on the service they have provided us.
